The most common skin problem is Acne which is the result of an infected whitehead this infection is caused when bacteria get trapped underneath the skin. Acne has plugged pores which are blackheads and whiteheads, inflamed pimples and lumps. How to get rid of blackheads is a problem mainly faced by teenagers but adults in there 20’s, 30’s can also face this and if they are not treated properly they can leave scars there are many treatment available but the best cure is to take care of your skin on daily basis this can be done by using a mild soap, a cream or ointment which are easily available at your local drugstore.

Most people think that Acne is caused by dirt but it is not so a hormone Testosterone which is present in both males and females which increases at the time of adolescence causes Acne and whiteheads and blackheads are present in Acne and Acne is not caused by food but if any food item tends to form Acne try to ignore it. Acne is an ongoing process it can not be treated overnight it requires a slow and steady treatment regular skin care should be taken and tries to prevent new acne breakouts and existing blemishes must heal on their own but if they do not improve within two to three months the treatment should be changed.
