If you are one of those people that just cannot refuse seconds then you might find this of interest. Perhaps this wouldn’t be so bad but they also ate food that should be thrown away because it is out of its safe selling period. You can’t help it, your favorite desert is in front of you in the kitchen and you just must have it. The second health supplement is a whey protein shake which I started taking a little while back. Although I like the taste it also has the added benefit of containing a large amount of protein. The best thing about it is you can drink it at almost anytime although I enjoy mine around lunchtime. In addition to being easy to drink is the fact that this little shake gives you 30 grams of protein to help with muscle development.
You see, these days, supplements are designed to only provide you with the minerals and vitamins that are beneficial to a healthy body. So things like salt, sugar, cholesterol and saturated fat to name a few, which we already get too much of, aren’t in them.
